Rajesh Power Services Limited informed the BSE that it has set Friday, September 18, 2026, as the record date for the distribution of a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
